Return / Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags and packaging must remain intact.
- The product must be free from stains, perfume, or wear marks.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customised or made-to-order products (crafted as per your measurements or requests).
- Sale, discounted, or final-sale items.
- Accessories or jewelry, due to hygiene reasons.
If You Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Product
- In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, send clear photos or videos of the product through WhatsApp or email to our customer care at support@houseofsthri.com.
- Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps — whether it's an exchange, repair, or return.
- For approved cases, pickup or return instructions will be shared, and we will cover any shipping costs (if applicable).
Return / Exchange Process
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and return/exchange reason.
- Once your request is reviewed, we'll confirm eligibility and share return details.
- Pack the product securely (preferably in its original packaging).
- After receiving and inspecting your product, we'll process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds / Store Credits
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed as store credit or replacement after successful quality inspection.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
