Where are you based?
Our home is in Hyderabad, India, where each piece is thoughtfully designed and lovingly made—one stitch, one sip of chai, and one happy mood at a time.
Do you ship internationally?
Oh yes, our pieces love to travel! ✈️ We ship to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, UAE, and many other countries around the world.
During checkout, simply enter your pin code and address — if your location is serviceable, it will show up right away. If it’s not available, you’ll be notified instantly.

How much does international shipping cost?
We keep international shipping as fair and transparent as possible.
For most commonly shipped countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, China, etc., charges generally range between ₹2,000 – ₹6,000 for parcels weighing around 1.5 kg to 3.5 kg.
The final amount may vary based on your location and the courier partner.
How is my shipping weight calculated?
International couriers charge based on Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight — whichever is higher.
How it is calculated:
Volumetric Weight Formula (Standard International): 📦 L × W × H (in cm) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (in kg)
Your exact shipping fee will appear at checkout based on your destination + total chargeable weight after packaging.
Will I have to pay duties or customs charges on my international order?
Yes — any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are paid by the customer/receiver in the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
When your order reaches your country, the local customs department may apply duties or taxes based on their rules. If applicable, your courier service or customs office will contact you directly to complete the payment before delivery.
Since every country has different import regulations, the exact amount varies. For the most accurate information, you can check with your local customs office.
When will my order arrive?
Good things take time — and a little extra love. 💛
Within India:
- Metro cities: Usually faster, around 3–7 working days
- Other locations: 5–10 working days
International Orders:
- Generally, 10–20 working days, but it may vary depending on your country and local customs. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. This is mainly due to logistical limitations, high return rates, and operational challenges that come with COD orders.
All orders—both India and international—are prepaid only.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to check real-time updates and follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.
Do you customise outfits?
At the moment, we don’t offer customisations (we’re a fast-fashion brand creating standard sizes to keep things quick and accessible).
BUT—here’s the good news:
🧵 Every garment is designed so it can be altered slightly to fit you perfectly. 🪡 If you want an exact or body-hugging fit, a small alteration from your end will do the magic.
We follow standard sizing and our pieces are generally true to size.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart.Ifyou’reunsure, message us your chest/waist/hip measurements—we’rehappy to help you find the perfect pick.
What if the size I want isn’t available on the website? Can you make it for me?
Yes — we can help with sizes! If the size you’re looking for isn’t listed or is out of stock, just reach out to us on WhatsApp or email, and we’ll check if we can make that size for you.
Please note:
- Size customisation is possible
- Sometimes, Size availability depends on many factors like stock limitations, fabric availability, production schedules, and design constraints.
- We can confirm this only once you get in touch with us, so we can check the exact product and material in real time and update you.
- Design customisations are not possible. We don’t alter the design, pattern, fabric, style, or detailing of the piece.
- Once, we confirm the size availability and customisation, making a fresh piece may take a couple of extra days before dispatch.

Will the colours look exactly like what I see online?
Mostly yes! We shoot in natural light with minimal editing.But tiny variations may occur due to screen brightness or device settings (or your phone’s mood🙃).
How can I know the information about the fabric?
All fabric details are mentioned in the product description of each item. We make sure to include fabric type, feel, and any special details so you know exactly what you’re falling in love with. 💛

What Indian fabrics do you use, and where are they sourced from?
We use a beautiful variety of Indian fabrics sourced from across the country — from the looms of the North to the mills of the South, and many craft-rich pockets in between. Our collections feature everything from cottons, silks, brocades, soft, comfy and everyday-friendly fabrics—cottons, rayon, linens, chiffons, organza’s, silk blends and more to regional weaves and speciality textiles, depending on the story we’re telling through a design.
Our goal is simple: to bring you pieces that feel playful, rooted, and proudly Indian, while keeping the silhouettes modern and the fits effortless. The exact fabrics and regions may vary from collection to collection, but the heart of it always remains India. 💛
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely! Exchanges for size issues are available on most products.
If unfortunately, you have to return or exchange an order due to other reasons, we request you to do it within 7 days of delivery (through this link – here we need to create a page for this return policy link).
No return or exchange request would be accepted if the request is raised after 7 days.
Returns are accepted on unused, unworn items under our Return Policy. Customized, sale items, and accessories are not eligible.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We're so sorry if that happens! Email us at support@houseofsthri.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours, and we'll fix it right away.
How do I care for my garments?
A little love goes a long way.
- Dry clean for delicate or embellished pieces
- Gentle cold wash for cottons and linens etc
- Avoid harsh sunlight while drying
- Usually, the care is mentioned for each product along with other description and details
- Remaining the general care which we do in day-to-day life to keep the garment sustainable for long run.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number after placing the order?
Once an order is placed, the details are usually sent straight to our warehouse for packing — so changes aren’t always possible. But don’t worry! If you’ve made a mistake, just reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll try our best to help as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If the package returns to us due to an incorrect address or unreachable number, we can process a refund after deducting the shipping charges.

What do I do if my shipment is tampered or damaged?
If your package looks tampered with, damaged, or not in its best shape, please do not accept it. Simply hand it back to the delivery person.
Then, reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and a quick note about what happened. We’ll personally look into it and make sure a fresh replacement is sent to you at no extra cost.
