Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and sometimes orders may need to be cancelled.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, email us at support@houseofsthri.com with your order number and reason.
- Refunds for prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
